WEDDING BUFFETS
To minimise disruption to your guests and to be sure of a swift, efficient service, we recommend that you opt for a seated, plated starter and dessert and that guests are invited a table at a time to the main course buffet to make their selection.
Our friendly, experienced team, led by our front of house manager, ensures your table settings are completed swiftly and efficiently. If you are looking for Surrey catering or catering for your event in West Sussex, Hampshire or London we would love to hear from you.
BBQ & HOG ROASTS
For a relaxed atmosphere, a barbeque or hog roast is a great way to entertain your guests. Our pigs are local and free range and roasted slowly over charcoal to produce the crispiest crackling and tender meat.
Our range of barbeque menus feature delicious marinated fish and meat and our wide choice of imaginative salads, breads and accompaniments may be combined as you wish to create a memorable meal.
As established Wedding Caterers in Guildford we are often approached to do BBQ weddings in the area, with many couples preferring this less formal and interactive option.
AFTERNOON TEAS
Traditional English afternoon teas have become increasingly popular in recent years.
Our teatime menus feature lovely home made cakes, scones and pastries; little sandwiches and tempting savouries.
Whether you choose to enjoy your tea sitting at tables or ‘buffet style’, we can use vintage china, tiered cake stands and pretty linen to create a delightfully nostalgic setting.
WEDDING CANAPÉS
We believe a generous allocation of canapés is essential. Guests may have skipped lunch to travel to your wedding and could be hungry!
Our canapés are served on wood, slate, porcelain and glass, each chosen to complement the canapé it displays. In addition we use shot glasses, bamboo steamers, cones, flowers and abundant fresh herbs.
Our approach is a generous, natural and elegant presentation – never style over substance.
We could not fault the service you provided from start to finish. On our big day, all elements of the catering that you provided were simply perfect. All of our guests commented how delicious the canapés, main course and dessert were and we couldn't agree more.
