
This is a sample collection of our celebration seated menus. The menu price is based on your choice of main course and this will include: tandem canapés on arrival, three courses, coffee or tea with petit fours. China, cutlery, glassware and white linen tablecloths are also included, together with a team of our wine waiters and waiting staff for the duration of the reception and meal.
Italian antipasti platters (2 per table or individually plated) to include parma ham, tomato and mozzarella salad,
marinated roasted peppers, balsamic aubergine, olives and fresh figs
Smoked trout and fresh herb pate with baby salad leaves and balsamic dressing
Roquefort and warm bacon salad with toasted walnuts and chicory
Roasted vegetable tartlet, or leek and goats cheese tartlet with walnut
Rump of lamb on spicy lentils with a rosemary and red wine jus
Cumberland pork sausages with creamy mashed potatoes with a rich onion gravy
Fillet of beef wrapped in parma ham with wild mushrooms and served with a red wine and shallot sauce
Free range chicken supremes roasted with tarragon and lemon and served with white wine and tarragon sauce
Roasted whole boned legs of lamb, or fillets of beef presented to each table on wooden boards ready for carving by a designated guest
All main courses are served with fresh seasonal vegetables
Lemon and almond cake served with fresh raspberries
Ginger chocolate cheesecake with ginger cream
Passion fruit crème brulee with orange sugar biscuits
