Barbeques and Hog Roast Catering
For a relaxed atmosphere, a barbeque or hog roast is a great way to entertain your guests. Our pigs are local and free range and roasted slowly over charcoal to produce the crispiest crackling and melting meat. Lambs, though smaller, cooked this way produce meat that is tender and flavoured with the herbs that are used during the cooking. We also spit roast large ribs of beef to serve with horseradish and delicious gratin dauphinoise.
